Have you tried installing SkyUI in 'Skyrim/Data' folder instead of Mod Organizer?If you've already installed SkyUI using Mod Organizer, you can simply cut and paste the contents of folder 'Mod Organizer/mods/SkyUI' (or similar, can't remember) into '/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data' folder. This should get SkyUI 'hard-installed' into Skyrim instead of modularly as it would be with MO.If you're not an advanced user, I suggest uninstalling SkyUI from MO, and reinstall it using NMM or Wyre Bash (both will install it in Skyrim data folder).
