Dark Souls 2 Sotfs Mods
Hey all, just beat Dark Souls and looking to start DS2: SotFS. I was wondering what, if any, mods people would recommend. Ones that stood out from DS1 was DSFix, PvP Watchdog and Wulf's Dark Souls Connectivity mod.
Others included font and UI tweaks, textures and such.Thing is, I know about mods getting people softbanned and I do not want to risk that. I have no qualms running vanilla if I have to.
Honestly, I am the guy that rolls snake eyes to land on Boardwalk with a hotel, so I'm not about to take chances.Are there any mods that will not get me softbanned? And if so, are any worth it? It took one dude and a handful of minutes to fix the biggest issues and many months/years to come up with a rudimentory cheat detector (aka Watchdog).When DS2 first hit the market, FromSoft instituted a broad VAC ban that, again due to their inexperience, wound up soft-banning EVERYONE that previously had a VAC ban in other games.

Will it take another decade or two for them to finally catch up to the rest of the world?No wonder they have so little respect from companies outside their comfort-zoned genre of games.
How long will it be till Miyazaki wakes up from his Berserk dreams and smells the progressive wave that is new-world gaming? ???You can liken the relationship between Miyazaki and FromSoft to how Nintedo treats Shigeru Miyamoto, the goose that lays the golden egg. And they aren't wrong in doing so, as both men have consistently put out products with massive worldwide appeal.But I think Dark Souls 3 is last game for the series. I really hope that FromSoft takes the lessons learned over the past 5 years and apply them to future games.
I really, really, really want another Armored Core to come out, one that's also available for PC.
