Only used for video recording and it works well. I could sit next to tripod mounted RX10 and using the remote to zoom in and out, start and stop recording.

Best feature I discovered was the power on/off button. Once the power of RX10 was on I can turn off or back on using the power button from the remote. Unlike the main power button, if you turn off from remote and turn back on, the camera lens will zoom in to last used position. It is like a sleep switch. I love the slow and smooth zoom. I also figured out a way to get better selfies using the remote on rx100 V camera.

One problem I had before with the rx100 V on a selfie stick was that I had to manual focus before I fire the 3 second timer and extend the selfie stick out. Now with the remote, I can reach out and compose first and press the shutter button on the remote halfway to get a focus. I also like it that you clap the remote on the tripod handle vertically and horizontally. And you can turn the camera or camcorder on/off with the remote. This removes the issues of touching the camera when taking the shots for the best outcome. I also have found it indispensable when using my Sirui P-324S monopod in the field where I don't want to handle the camera but find it stable enough to use with this device. Love the ability to zoom with my RX10MkIII on this remote and using the bulb mode on my A7RII.

First, I don't use a remote that often- I am an enthusiast, not a pro.Even with infrequent use, these remotes are awful. I have bought several of them and not one has lasted a year.Within a few months, the connection begins to wiggle in the port and therefore the remote loses contact with the camera. Which means you are constantly repushing the cable into the port.And before long, the button that slides to the hold position stops 'holding'. Even when you resort to manually pressing the button for the entire time you wish the shutter to remain open, it releases and the shutter fires before you wish it to.

At first I thought it was me- but the customer service at B+H where I bought the first one said they have heard what I am saying before.VERY POOR PRODUCT on Sony's part. I found the construction to be robust enough. The zoom rocker will allow very slow zooming but it takes a little practice.

The VPR1 mounts nicely on the pan handle of the tripod. The connector that Sony calls a multi connector is really just a micro-USB connector so you can use a USB extension if you want to use the VPR1 to control your camera while it is mounted on a jib. Finally, the VPR1 does not use a battery. It is simply an extension of some of the camera's most often-used controls.

Rated 5 out of5 byJames R. Fromworks well with Sony A7rii camera Very happy with this. On my Sony A7rii camera, the shutter button triggers automatic focus & shoots. So far, the images focused by the remote seem as sharp as focusing with the shutter release on the camera. The remote button also wakes the camera from sleep. The cord is long enough to use away from the tripod.

The clip accessory allows flexible placement of the control - e.g. On the tripod, on the camera strap. That also prevents tension from the cable on the micro usb input on the camera. Rated 3 out of5 byTONY J.

FromSmall but Works It works ok. The rocker is very small, so when shooting in the dark in a live performance setting, it's hard to find the rocker once your hand returns back after setting camera controls like iris or focus. I did get used to it, but I'm used to the larger rockers from Varizoom. Also if you are not right on the rocker, you can push pretty hard before it zooms. If your right on, it's pretty sensitive and actually zooms in and out well. It's also easy to hit the record button by accident while thumbing around for the rocker.

You do have to press hard for record on/off - a plus just in case you hit it on occasion. It does what it's supposed to do. Higher rating if rocker was bigger, and record button was somewhere else.

The clamp to hold it onto the tripod handle is too small for professional tripods, so I had to use gaffer tape and tape unit to handle. It would be nice if it had some other controls like iris.

The Sony BRAVIA KDL is a high-definition television that contains multiple ports for connecting a cable converter box or satellite receiver as well as four High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) ports for connecting devices that use HDMI connections. The ports are easily accessible on the left side and back of the television.

Once you connect a Blu-ray or standard DVD player, Internet streaming media device or other HDMI-based device to your Sony BRAVIA KDL via an HDMI port, you must enable the port within the television’s setup component. Tip. Your Sony BRAVIA KDL also contains a Control for HDMI component that automatically recognizes certain model Sony equipment containing HDMI ports. To enable the feature, press the “Menu” button on the remote control, navigate to “Settings,” press the “+” button.

Press the “Sync Menu” button on your television’s remote control and use the arrow keys to scroll to the device’s name to start transmitting audio and video from the device.
