On the Definitive Technology website comments page for this product, I noticed a number of requests for a replacement remote. I finally understand why. After 3 months of use, I have had to re-connect the subwoofer to the soundbar at least 50 times.
Hello,I just purchased an open box containing the Def Tech Solocinema XTR soundbar at Best Buy. It looked used and had no user's manual. I took it home and tried to connect it to my Samsung Plasma TV but I am not getting any sound via the HDMI. I also tried the AV cable and no sound.
I was fooling around with the remote by pressing the SRC buttons. There are 4 SRC buttons.and I pressed all four not simultaneously of course.

What am I doing wrong or should do for the get the sound?Is it also possible to connect the subwoofer to my receiver so that I may have two subwoofers playing?Thanks a lot in advance.Valentin.
